Dedicated
CAN’s direct advocacy work is dedicated to state-wide policy change that impacts thousands in Berks, Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery Counties: advancing housing affordability and a strong behavioral healthcare system.
Uplifts
CAN seeks to uplift and incorporate advocacy as a key driver for nonprofits’ mission impact by:
- Building capacity for advocacy through relevant and responsive trainings;
- Developing relationships with expert stakeholders and partners to advance statewide policy change;
- Amplifying effective and strategic communications that support direct advocacy efforts.

Strategic Plan
In summer 2022, the Bucks-Mont Collaborative, Interagency Council of Norristown, and Tri-County Community Network embarked on a collaborative strategic planning process with Strategy Arts to ask big questions together such as:
- In this new landscape shaped by COVID, how can the Bucks-Mont Collaborative, Interagency Council of Norristown, and Tri-County Community Network align to best serve and convene the community?
- What community assets can be leveraged for transformational change? Where are the gaps and how can our work bridge trust, resources and long-term partnerships?
- How can the Collaboratives build infrastructure together to prepare for future emergencies or needs that require the convening of the sector?
In spring 2023, we completed this strategic planning process with board-approved plans to advance shared work in four focus areas, with a copy of the complete strategic plan available here. Together, we are C3, committed to collaboration for amplified community impact.
