The ability to delegate is a core leadership skill. As leaders, we understand that delegating is key to a successful business structure and critical to staff development and programmatic success. And yet, delegation is often one of the most challenging skills for a manager to master.

During this workshop, participants will receive training in the many facets of delegation, including when and to whom to delegate responsibilities, understanding the delegation process, and how to best offer support and oversight without micromanaging or undermining staff.
