C3 is a strategic initiative of three regional collaboratives to deepen community impact by collaborating together. The Bucks-Mont Collaborative, Interagency Council of Norristown, and Tri-County Community Network know the power of collaboration, with their missions dedicated to this work year-round. C3 amplifies this power of coming together in four focus areas, creating opportunities for individuals and organizations in Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery Counties to connect, learn, and act on the core issues that impact our region.
These focus areas include community engagement, resource sharing, advocacy, and network opportunities as defined by a one-year, joint strategic planning process with significant community stakeholder feedback. Learn more about this strategic plan.
